14-day free trial

One plan, billed through your store's billing.

Your monthly charge is set by how many orders you take across the last 30 days, on every store you connect — added up as one total, one bill. The base plan starts at $11/month; everything above it is a usage charge on the same bill, not a separate invoice from us.

Already paying by card? Connecting a store moves your plan to your store's billing; your card plan runs to its paid-through date, with no second trial.

The plan

Every band below is a full month at that order volume. You're placed in the smallest band that covers your last 30 days, and it lands as one line on your store's bill.

How your band changes

Rises automatically, with notice

Once your orders in the last 30 days pass your current band, you move up to the band your orders need — after 7 days’ notice, never without warning.

Falls only when you choose it

Pick a lower band from the app (not while a rise is pending). Nothing drops on its own, and the change takes effect on your next billing date.

Can’t go below what you need

If the last 30 days of orders need a higher band, a lower one is greyed out in the app with the reason shown right there.

Each charge covers 30 days ahead

Every band charge — like the rest of your bill — pays for the 30 days that follow, not the 30 days behind it.

Your spending cap

When you choose your plan, you approve a spending cap — the most the usage charge above your base plan can be in a month. It's sized a few bands ahead, so normal growth never gets blocked, and if a rise would push you past it, we ask you to approve a higher one first. Your base plan charges on top of the cap, so the two together — shown below for each example — are the true most you can pay in a month.

Billing questions

The short answer to the questions merchants ask us before connecting a store.

We charge the band you're on for the 30 days ahead, through your store's billing. Your band rises automatically after 7 days' notice when your last 30 days of orders pass it. It only falls when you choose a lower band, and never below what your last 30 days need.

Yes — pick a lower band from the app, as long as a rise isn't already pending. It takes effect on your next billing date. You can't select a band below what your last 30 days of orders need; that option is greyed out and the reason is shown.

Cancelling stops your plan and every connected store's downloads straight away — access doesn't continue to the end of a period you've already paid for, and there's no partial refund for the days left.

Nothing changes automatically — your band never falls on its own. Once your order volume has settled, pick a lower band in the app and it applies from your next billing date.
