Yes. Sign-up creates a free account — no card needed. You can use Insights, Profit & Loss, and Stock auto-replenish forever without ever providing a card or activating the trial. To try the paid features (file delivery with branded portal, PDFs, and customer emails, plus dynamic pricing, bulk listings, and CSV), activate the 30-day trial from inside the app — that step asks for a card and unlocks everything for 30 days at £0.
Recurring billing begins on the card you provided when you activated the trial. The paid tier you land on is the one matching your monthly Etsy order volume during the trial. If you cancel before day 30, the account drops back to the free-forever tier with the 3 free-forever features — no charge, no data loss. Either way, your files and customer data stay accessible for 30 days post-cancellation.
No. Sign-up is friction-free — email + Etsy connection, no card. The card is only required when you activate the 30-day trial from inside the app to unlock paid features. If you only want the 3 free-forever features, you never need to provide a card.
Nothing bad — deliveries keep working. We automatically move you onto the next tier for the rest of the month with a 7-day grace period, and show the change on your next invoice, so customers never see a broken download link.
Every paid plan (and the 30-day trial) includes 100 GB storage. Above 100 GB, storage scales at £2 per 100 GB block (£2/$3/A$4 per currency). The free-forever tier doesn’t have a storage line because file delivery is a paid feature.
Yes. Move up or down between paid tiers — or drop back to the free-forever tier — at any time from your dashboard. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle and your Etsy connections, insights data, and stock rules are untouched.
