# TRNSFR Pricing

## Model

Monthly cost = order-tier cost + storage cost.

Every feature is included in every tier. No per-seat charges. No feature gates. Pricing scales with monthly Etsy orders and total TRNSFR storage.

## Storage tiers

Storage is billed on top of the order tier.

There is no cap on total storage.

## Worked examples

- 50 monthly orders + 1 TB storage: £15 + £20 = **£35/month**.
- 300 monthly orders + 2 TB storage: £35 + £20 + £17 = **£72/month**.
- 1,000 monthly orders + 1 TB storage: £80 + £20 = **£100/month** (approx $128 USD / A$196 AUD).
- 5,000 monthly orders + 3 TB storage: £300 + £20 + £17 + £17 = **£354/month**.
- 10,000 monthly orders + 5 TB storage: £510 + £20 + £17 × 4 = **£598/month**.

## Pricing FAQ

- **What happens if I exceed my order cap?** Deliveries keep working. TRNSFR automatically moves you onto the next tier for the rest of the month and shows the change on your next invoice. Customers never see a broken download link.
- **Can I downgrade later?** Yes. Move up or down between tiers at any time from your dashboard — the change takes effect on your next billing cycle and your files and customers are untouched.
- **Is there a free trial?** No — TRNSFR is paid from sign-up, starting at £9/month for up to 15 monthly orders. Cancel any time, no exit fees.
- **Can I cancel anytime?** Yes, from the dashboard. No exit fees. Files and customer data remain exportable for 30 days post-cancellation.
- **Do you offer enterprise pricing?** Yes. If you sell 10,000+ digital orders a month, get in touch via the contact form for a custom plan with dedicated onboarding and priority support.

## What you're paying for (vs a generic share link)

- **AV-scanned uploads:** every file scanned before delivery; generic share links don't scan anything.
- **Locked to each order:** every download URL is signed and tied to a specific Etsy order with expiry + device cap; generic share links are public by default.
- **Branded customer portal:** customers land in a portal that belongs to your shop, with a clean-scan badge per file; generic share links open a stranger's file viewer.

## Currency notes

- All three currency columns are real prices charged in each currency, not exchange-rate conversions from GBP.
- Currency selection is per shop, set at sign-up.
