## How does TRNSFR work with my Etsy shop?

TRNSFR connects directly to your Etsy shop via the official Etsy API. Once connected, it automatically syncs your orders and products. When a customer purchases a digital product, TRNSFR generates a personalised PDF with a download link and uploads it to the Etsy order — all without any manual intervention.

## What file types and sizes does TRNSFR support?

TRNSFR supports any file type, up to 1 GB per file. There's no cap on how many files or folders you can keep — total storage scales with your shop and is billed per TB. You can organise everything into folders and link files to your Etsy products.

## How do my customers download their files?

Each customer receives a personalised PDF (uploaded directly to their Etsy order) containing a link to their download portal. From there they can look up their order, view all purchased files, and download them instantly — from any device, at any time.

## Do I need technical knowledge to use TRNSFR?

Not at all. Simply connect your Etsy shop, upload your files, and link them to your products. TRNSFR handles the rest — from PDF generation to customer delivery. No coding or technical setup required.

## Can I customise the customer experience?

Yes. The PDF design is a fixed template that TRNSFR maintains, but you can add a personal message that's included for every buyer. You can also brand your customer portal so it reflects your Etsy shop identity.

## Is TRNSFR allowed by Etsy?

Yes. TRNSFR uses Etsy's official API and complies with their seller and developer terms. Your listings stay on Etsy; TRNSFR layers automated delivery on top.

## Where are my files stored?

In encrypted EU-hosted cloud storage. Files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). They are served to buyers via signed URLs that are locked to a specific Etsy order.

## What stops a buyer from sharing my download link?

Per-order expiry windows, configurable device caps, and signed URLs that are locked to a specific Etsy order. You set the rules; sharing the link doesn't share the file beyond your limits.

## Can I run multiple Etsy shops from one TRNSFR account?

Yes. A single TRNSFR account supports unlimited Etsy shops with per-shop branding, files, orders, and templates. Multi-shop sellers manage everything from one dashboard.

## What if I update my PDF template after I've sold orders?

TRNSFR auto-regenerates every affected PDF on past orders and pushes the updated versions back to Etsy automatically. Buyers always see the latest version.

## How much does TRNSFR cost?

Monthly cost is order-tier + storage. Order tiers start at £9/month for up to 15 orders and run up to £1,050/month for 25,000 orders. Storage is £20/month for the first TB, then £17/month for each additional TB. USD and AUD are also available at per-currency rates (e.g. $11/A$17 for the 15-order tier). ## Is there a free trial?

No — TRNSFR is paid from the day you sign up. Plans start at £9/month for up to 15 monthly orders. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard with no exit fees; your files and customer data remain exportable for 30 days after cancellation.

## What happens if I exceed my order cap?

Deliveries keep working. TRNSFR automatically moves you onto the next tier for the rest of the month and shows the change on your next invoice — customers never see a broken download link.
